The story of their creation begins in Britian’s last leather oak tannery, from the renowned J. & F.J Baker & Co Ltd of Devon. In Business since 1862. It’s their slow and natural tanning process of 14 months that coaxes the fibres into the most superior hides of incredible strength and beauty. So it was an easy choice for Field Leathers to use their horse butt hides for our belt selection.

We use our Field Leathers craftsmanship to fashion the hides into the luxurious belt. With each being hand sanded, burnished and fitted with solid brass hardware. With the best quality Fireman buckle from Abbey England, originally used to allow the quick deployment of rolled up fire hoses in the 19th century. We are confident our belts, just as our jackets, will give you many years of wear and satisfaction. In addition to all the wonderful materials, hardware and craftsmanship. All belts are available in standard sizes or made to measure to fit your current favourite belt.

To finish these fine crafted belts arrive to you in a high quality box and wrapping graffitied with the Field Leathers logo which is keepsake on its own.
